</p></div><div><p><b>What </b><b>You&rsquo;ll</b><b> Do as a </b><b>Finance &amp; Accounting Specialist:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, and scheduled check runs
</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for vendors and program staff regarding invoices, payments, and contracted services
</li><li>Prepare monthly journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting
</li><li>Support audits, including petty cash audits, annual client fund audits, and the annual fiscal audit
</li><li>Provide backup payroll support (UKG preferred) and manage credit card reimbursements and annual 1099 processing</li></ul></div><div><br>

<div><ul><li>6 months to 1 year of Accounts Payable experience required
</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping functions and computerized accounting systems
</li><li>Experience with payroll systems (UKG preferred) or strong aptitude to learn
</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial data</li></ul></div><div><br>

Finance & Accounting Specialist

Community Connections Inc. is looking for <b>Case Managers </b>to join our Day Hab team based in Fairhaven, MA. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by coordinating all services for your assigned caseload. You will partner with Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence and enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for someone with a commitment to compassion, promoting accessibility and serving the community.</p>
<p><b>
What You'll Do:</b></p>
<ul><li>
Be responsible for Consumer Case Management</li><li>
Coordinate Individual Service Plans</li><li>
Work in conjunction with Developmental Specialists in developing and documenting all ISP goals and objectives</li><li>
Develop and maintain all case management records for assigned caseload
</li><li>Assist individuals physically as necessary</li><li>
Ensure and safeguard individuals&rsquo; human dignity, rights, and liberties</li></ul>
<p><b>
What You'll Need:</b></p>
<ul><li>
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant human service field preferred</li><li>
3+ year's experience and/or training working with individuals with disabilities</li><li>
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record</li><li>
Proven problem solving abilities</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently</li><li>
Strong computer and word processing skills</li></ul>
