Responsibilities:

A Relationship Banking Representative is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers. The person in this position will routinely move between the customer service desk and teller area, as needed. A Relationship Banking Representative must be able to adapt well in the workplace to service the varying customer needs while adhering to bank policies and procedures. It requires someone who will maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and be a team player.</div><ul><li>
Routinely provide quality customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions (i.e., opening of accounts, cashing checks, etc.) with professionalism</li><li>
Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services</li><li>
Actively participate in lobby management, greeting customers and proactively taking ownership of the customer&rsquo;s in-branch experience</li><li>
Telephone customers to schedule sales appointments and promote products suitable to the customer&rsquo;s needs</li><li>
Participate in branch prospecting efforts and sales initiatives</li><li>
Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, etc.</li><li>
Serve as a liaison between customer and operational areas</li><li>
Conduct customer transactions with accuracy and prepare daily cash balancing within established guidelines</li><li>

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Mortgage Loan Consultant (AMLC) assists the Mortgage Loan Consultant(s) (MLC) to produce mortgage loans efficiently and timely, with minimal errors, all while maintaining exceptional customer service. The AMLC performs a variety of administrative duties in support of, and in concert with the individual MLC quest in establishing and maintaining strong professional ties to area business generators, builders, centers of influence, as well as individual residential real estate customers.</div><ul><li>
Supports the Mortgage Loan Consultant in soliciting quality loan applicants through various methods and media.</li><li>
Assists MLCs to gather information related to residential real estate applications through interaction with parties involved in the transaction, while adhering to customer privacy guidelines.</li><li>
Schedules appointments on behalf of the MLC, or with the AMLC which fit the needs of the bank and customer, whether on company premises or at a mutually convenient location.</li><li>
In support of the originating MLC, may inform customers of the institution's loan programs, underwriting guidelines and applicable government regulations.</li><li>
Prepares and maintains applications and manages application documents.</li><li>
Prepares Loan Estimates in compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policy.</li><li>
Answers incoming inquiries, written or otherwise, and satisfies those inquiries, or consults with the Mortgage Loan Consultant to satisfy the inquiry if applicable.</li><li>
Maintains and fosters relationships with realtors, attorneys, appraisers, applicants, and Mortgage Processing personnel.</li><li>
May attend loan closings on behalf of the MLC.</li><li>
Processes final documentation and loan tickets to initiate the booking process.</li><li>
Stays abreast of, and participates in, community outreach programs within the MLC's designated territory to ensure the bank remains a partner to groups of low to moderate income (LMI) and those in a protected class.</li><li>
Ensures exceptional customer service, both internal and external by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics and complying with all Federal and State compliance policies.</li><li>
