Job Description:
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Stamford, CT) Assess clients referred for evaluation and treatment by primary care providers or by licensed clinical social workers in primary care centers of school-based health centers of CHC. Prescribe medication as needed and monitor client response to medication in coordination with the client&rsquo;s primary therapist. Will also work at Danbury, Norwalk, and Middletown, CT locations.
