The Facility Assistant/Courier is a critical part-time position at the Community Health Center.Duties include but not limited to:Perform preventative maintenance on all fleet vehiclesPerform Maintenance on all water softenersReplace light bulbsRepair drywall and paint- including touch upsVarious Equipment assemblyMaintain parking lots, front entrance and overall cleanliness of clinicsWill provide backup Courier duties in the absence of the Courier and as needed.Excellent customer service skills and computer skills a must for this position. Previous experience working in a healthcare maintenance setting preferred for this position.
