Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center</b>, a state-of-the-art <b>410-bed facility</b>, is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible <b>OB/GYNs</b> to join and expand an established <b>FQHC-affiliated practice </b>serving a regional population of 100,000.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

<li>Join a growing, established practice with strong community demand</li>
<li>Opportunity to help build and shape a team of 3&ndash;4 OB/GYNs</li>
<li>Current shared call is 1:3, with plans to expand the team for additional coverage and flexibility</li>
<li>Flexible practice model with focus on work/life balance</li>
<li>Mix of clinic, surgery, and deliveries (50/50 split)</li>
<li>Dedicated clinic space in a newly expanded medical office building</li>
<li>Ability to build your own patient panel</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Current Practice Environment</b></h2><ul>
<li>Primary volume supported by a highly productive, experienced OB/GYN</li>
<li>Additional support from:
<ul><li>Affiliated providers within Missouri Highlands</li>
<li>Nurse Midwife</li>
<li>Locums coverage (supplemental)</li>
</ul></li><li>Collaborative, non-territorial environment with cross-coverage as needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Facility &amp; Clinical Resources</b></h2><ul>
<li>~1,100 deliveries annually (2&ndash;3 per day)</li>
<li>Separate Labor &amp; Delivery, postpartum, and nursery units</li>
<li>Private OB rooms</li>
<li>Well-baby nursery (no NICU; capable of managing 35-week healthy infants)</li>
<li>Robotics available</li>
<li>Telehealth access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)</li>
<li>Pediatric Hospitalists provide nursery coverage</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
