<div><p>The HR Generalist supports the full spectrum of human resources operations and serves as a trusted resource to employees and supervisors. In conjunction with the HR Director and HR Assistant, this role manages day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration while ensuring consistent application of organizational policies and employment laws.</p>

<div><p>The HR Generalist will take the lead in the CHS student internship program.</p>
</div>
<div><p>The HR Generalist exercises independent judgment, provides guidance to leaders, and helps drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals and workforce engagement.</p>

<div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div></div><br>

</div><div></div><div><div><b>Student Internship Program</b></div>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Coordinate all student activities within CHS, including internships and shadowing.</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Work closely with service line directors in student placements.</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Be the main contact with all schools with student affiliation agreements, ensuring a positive experience for both the student and the school.</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Maintain compliant, up to date school affiliation agreements.</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Attend student internship fairs.</div>
</li></ul></div><div><div><b>Employee Relations</b></div>
</div>
</div><div><div><ul><li><div>Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on employee issues</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Conduct workplace investigations and document findings</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Support corrective action and performance improvement processes</div>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture</div><br>
