Responsibilities</b></h3><p>
Implement weekly lead generation system requirements<br>
Host open houses<br>
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments<br>
Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards<br>
Participate in team events as per established standards<br>
Dedicate to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls<br>
Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes<br>
Compose and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers<br>

We're looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the agents who want to make a difference in people's lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $200,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing.
