Office Administrator &amp; HR SpecialistWe are seeking an organized and dependable professional to support both office operations and human resources functions. This role balances front desk reception, office management, and HR responsibilities, serving as a key resource for staff, visitors, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors; manage phones, emails, and general inquiries</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee office operations including supplies, scheduling, and recordkeeping</li></ul><ul><li>Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee orientation</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with payroll, benefits coordination, and leave tracking</li></ul><ul><li>Provide administrative support to leadership and program staff</li></ul><ul><li>Foster positive employee relations by addressing staff questions and supporting HR initiatives</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced office environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in office administration and human resources preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in project management principles to successfully plan and execute HR initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Skilled in HR sourcing strategies and social media management to support recruitment efforts.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with HR software, with ADP experience preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with common office software and HR systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized, with keen attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>All other job duties as assigned</li></ul>This role is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to both office management and human resources.
