<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Overview</b></h2>
<p>We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Social Media Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and supporting overall brand awareness efforts.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.</li>
<li>Manage social media advertising budgets and track campaign performance.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Support event promotion and community outreach initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on social media and marketing campaign performance.</li>
<li>Work with Executive Leadership to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the Bank's strategic goals.</li>
<li>Ensure that all external marketing items are compliant with bank and marketing regulations.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of company swag, including branding, design, inventory, and vendors.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field normally required.</li>
<li>2-4 years of experience in social media management and marketing coordination is normally required. Banking experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.</li>
<li>Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.</li>
