Job SummaryCommunity Title, one of the largest title insurance agents in the area with 11 offices in Illinois and 20 in Missouri under the True Title umbrella, is looking for a Senior Title Examiner to work in the Edwardsville, IL branch. The position of title examiner involves analyzing the history of a parcel of real estate for the purpose of insuring title for lenders and property owners. This process includes examining real estate records produced from a title search to determine the legal ownership and status of the property. A title examiner needs to be able to work extensively with computers and various search related software programs, performing somewhat routine, protocol-based work while sitting at a desk.
