We're looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who loves understanding how users think, can turn ideas into thoughtful designs, and comfortably adapts to different workflows depending on the project.

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What's expected of you</h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">At a product level:</h3>
<ul><li>Research and stay updated with well-built, real-world digital products</li><li>
Understand requirements and turn them into simple, clean user flows</li><li>
Use and contribute to existing design systems</li><li>
Plan and design for responsive behaviour across devices and breakpoints</li><li>
Think through edge cases and empty states &mdash; not just the &ldquo;happy path&rdquo;</li><li>
Provide assets, annotations, and logical specs for developers</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">At a collaboration level:</h3>
<ul><li>Join client and internal calls, take notes, and ask clarifying questions</li><li>
Collaborate with designers and PMs to stay aligned on goals, decisions, and execution.</li><li>
Coordinate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned</li><li>
Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and iterations</li><li>
Be accountable &mdash; follow through on commitments and communicate proactively</li><li>
Be a curious learner who asks why, explores options, and continuously improves</li><li>
Be open to feedback and comfortable sharing your work early</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">At a craft level:</h3>
<ul><li>Keep your tools up to date and follow best practices to maintain clean, structured files</li><li>
Maintain Figma hygiene &mdash; tidy pages, clear naming, organised components, and reusable patterns</li><li>
Share learnings and insights with the team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Good written and verbal communication</li><li>
Strong visual sense &mdash; layout, typography, colours, spacing</li><li>
Ability to break down vague problems into clear flows</li><li>
Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior designers</li><li>
Experience with Figma (auto layout, variants, prototyping)</li><li>
Basic understanding of UX principles and interaction patterns</li></ul>
Bonus points:

Experience working with no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace</li><li>
