Job description for Operation Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of vehicles as per client bookings and schedules</li><li>Allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on location, timing, and vehicle type</li><li>Monitor vehicle movements using GPS/tracking systems and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs</li><li>Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers for smooth operations</li><li>Handle last-minute booking requests, rescheduling, and cancellations professionally</li><li>Maintain records of vehicle usage, trip sheets, fuel usage, and driver attendance</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and customer service standards</li><li>Assist in onboarding new drivers and providing route plans and client instructions</li><li>Report delays, vehicle breakdowns, or issues to the concerned department for quick resolution</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness</li></ul>NOTE: Male candidates only, Should be okay with night shift.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Operations: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Logistic Operations: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
