 for the
 
 Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) Program
 
 in
 
 Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring pilots and aircrew members return to flight safely and maintain peak performance in one of the most demanding operational environments.
 
 
 
 JOB DUTIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with interdisciplinary HP team for integrated care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation and support curriculum development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in research and process improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other related duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience within collegiate/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or man-machine high-performance environment. *Setting specific experience can include Athletic Training practice only if dual credentialed as DPT and AT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current CPR and AED certification.
 </li>
 <li>

 Compass Government Solutions is currently seeking a
 
 Domain Lead - Physical &amp; Soft Tissue Therapy
 
 for the
 
 CRAFT Program at
 
 
 Eglin AFB, FL.
 
 
 
 The Physical and Soft Tissue Therapy Domain Lead oversees delivery standards and clinical integration of therapy services in the CRAFT program. This role guides PTs and LMTs and aligns services with operational readiness goals.
 
 
 
 JOB DUTIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide expert guidance on PT and LMT strategies for aircrew.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, deliver, and maintain instructor onboarding and qualification training courses for new personnel within the domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver onboarding and qualification courses for PT and LMT personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all curriculum is current, evidence-based, and aligned with operational demands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead quarterly synchronization calls with the PT and LMT team across the CRAFT program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support research initiatives and assist with program evaluation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in curriculum development and standardization across sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the development and refinement of Plan of Action &amp; Milestones (POAM), requirements documentation, and program expansion initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other related duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in Sport Psychology, Human Performance, or related.
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in providing PT or LMT services within tactical aviation populations or high performance DoD operational communities.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant license/certification from a nationally recognized organization demonstrating competency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current CPR/AED certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software.
 </li>
 <li>
