Position Summary</b></h2><p>
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing telephone calls, providing general information, and performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties. This position ensures the front desk operates efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with Compass Health, Inc. policies and procedures.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role preferred.</li><li>
Experience answering multi-line telephone systems, greeting the public, filing, and using computer software.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, and team members.</li><li>
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, foster teamwork, and build professional relationships.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Administrative Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Greet residents, visitors, physicians, vendors, employees, and representatives from local, state, and federal agencies in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and distribute them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>
Provide general information and directions to visitors and callers.</li><li>
Assist Accounts Payable and Human Resources with administrative tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Issue payment receipts as requested and assist with Resident Trust accounting.</li><li>
Prepare and distribute employment applications.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.</li><li>
Provide clerical support to the Business Office Manager.</li><li>
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.</li><li>
Perform filing, copying, scanning, and other general office duties.</li></ul><p>
 <b>General Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Keep supervisors informed of significant issues, concerns, or unusual situations and recommend appropriate solutions when necessary.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and facility information.</li><li>
Project a positive and professional image of Vineyard Hills Health Center and Compass Health, Inc.</li><li>
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Working Conditions</b></h2><ul><li>
Work is performed primarily within the facility, with occasional responsibilities outside the building.</li><li>
May occasionally be required to work beyond regularly scheduled hours.</li><li>
Daily interaction with residents, family members, visitors, employees, healthcare providers, vendors, and government representatives.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h2><ul><li>
Ability to perform primarily sedentary work with frequent walking.</li><li>
Frequent use of hands and wrists for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.</li><li>
Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.</li><li>

Schedule</b></h2><ul><li>
Full-time, 8-hour shifts</li><li>
Monday through Friday</li><li>
