<div><p>The Learning and Resource Associate supports Compass&rsquo;s Learning &amp; Development and Client Engagement work, ensuring that client-facing resources, staff development opportunities, and communications are timely, accessible, and impactful. This position plays a key role in developing educational content, coordinating workshops, managing logistics, and facilitating communication among clients, partners, and internal staff</p>

<p></p><div><p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>
</div>
<div><p><b>Client-Facing Learning and Engagement</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and technical support for monthly or bi-monthly client workshops.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide support for client-facing learning opportunities, including preparing materials, setting up in-person/virtual spaces, and following up with clients as needed.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the Marketing &amp; Communications team to draft and distribute a monthly client newsletter, in partnership with the Manager of Learning and Development.</p></li></ul><br>
</div>
<p></p><div><p><b>Resource and Content Management</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Work with external content experts and internal stakeholders to review and organize coaching tools and resource content.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Draft and support the dissemination of clear, culturally responsive, and multilingual communications to clients regarding financial resources, community events, or new programs.</p></li></ul><br>
</div>
<p></p><div><p><b>Staff Development Support</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>In collaboration with Human Resources, compile and share professional development opportunities (e.g., trainings, webinars, certifications) with coaching staff.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Track participation and gather feedback from staff to support continuous improvement of learning offerings.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain basic knowledge of Compass&rsquo;s coaching and FSS program models to ensure communication and content is accurate and supportive to client facing staff.</p></li></ul><br>
</div>
</div><p></p><div><div><p><b>Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Respond to client inquiries or internal questions related to resources, workshops, or development opportunities.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide general support to the Learning &amp; Development function, including documentation, scheduling, and project coordination.</p></li></ul><br>

<div><ul><li><p>The salary range for this role is $47,170-$54,000, commensurate with experience. We&rsquo;ll promote your professional growth and development by providing access to a competitive salary and benefits package and additional employee benefits that include but are not limited to:</p>
