Role SummaryThe Director of Marketing is a key leader responsible for shaping and executing the marketing vision across all CSV brands. This role drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, guest loyalty, and revenue growth while ensuring each concept&rsquo;s unique identity shines within the broader portfolio.The Director will oversee brand strategy, digital and social presence, partnerships, PR, campaigns, and local market activations. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to grow our footprint and position CSV as a leader in competitive social entertainment.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for CSV and its portfolio brands (Fairway Social, Roaring Social, Pickle and Social).</li><li>Ensure each brand maintains a distinct voice, story, and positioning while laddering up to the CSV vision.</li><li>Drive strategies to expand market presence, increase guest traffic, and grow food, beverage, and entertainment revenue streams.</li></ul>Campaign Development &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, influencer, and experiential).</li><li>Oversee creative direction, content creation, and storytelling that reflects CSV&rsquo;s premium yet playful ethos.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and events teams to promote seasonal activations, tournaments, and live entertainment.</li></ul>Digital, Social, &amp; CRM<ul><li>Own and grow digital channels including websites, email, social platforms, and online communities.</li><li>Implement data-driven marketing strategies leveraging CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement platforms.</li><li>Optimize SEO, SEM, paid media, and content strategy to maximize digital presence and bookings.</li></ul>Public Relations &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Build strong relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners to amplify awareness.</li><li>Manage PR strategy and secure coverage highlighting CSV&rsquo;s innovation and cultural relevance.</li><li>Oversee sponsorships, collaborations, and community partnerships that elevate CSV brands.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead and mentor the marketing team; manage agency and vendor relationships.</li><li>Partner with Operations, F&amp;B, and Entertainment to align marketing with guest experience.</li><li>Provide clear reporting on KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics to senior leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).</li><li>8+ years of progressive marketing experience; hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to lead multi-brand marketing strategies in a growth-oriented company.</li><li>Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM/guest loyalty.</li><li>Strong creative eye and ability to translate brand stories into compelling campaigns.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset&mdash;comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul>Why Join CSV?<ul><li>Be part of a visionary company redefining competitive social entertainment.</li><li>Lead marketing across a portfolio of unique and growing brands.</li><li>Play a central role in delivering unforgettable experiences for guests.</li><li>Work alongside an innovative leadership team committed to growth and creativity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Alpharetta, GA 30009
