You&rsquo;ll handle requests from start to finish, working across teams to ensure quality results every step of the way.Day-to-Day Responsibilities<ul><li>Process incoming physical and digital records.</li><li>Review documents for quality, making corrections as needed.</li><li>Prepare records for processing and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues.</li><li>Ensure all orders are accurately documented.</li><li>Provide management with daily completion totals and explanations for any backlog.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For You&rsquo;re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
