Now Hiring: MDS Coordinator RN LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.</li><li>
Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.</li><li>
Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.</li><li>
Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Strong working knowledge of Case-Mix, Federal Medicare PPS process, and medical reimbursement required.</li><li>
Previous long-term care experience is required.</li></ul> 
License:<ul><li>
Must have an active RN Registered Nurse/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for the state of CT</li><li>
RAC-CT Certification a positive; but not required</li></ul>
