Your leadership will help drive an exceptional standard of care and service.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day front office operations: scheduling, patient communications, and records management</li><li>Train, support, and lead front desk and administrative staff</li><li>Streamline workflows using advanced systems and technologies</li><li>Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sterilization protocols</li><li>Facilitate clear communication between clinical and administrative teams</li><li>Manage inventory and supply orders for seamless clinical support</li><li>Oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting with accuracy</li><li>Stay up-to-date on dental terminology, practices, and procedures, especially in general dentistry and prosthodontics</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar role)</li><li>In-depth knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency with dental management software (scheduling, billing, EHR)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance</li></ul>Ready to Take the Lead?
