Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
