Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure clear communication of project needs.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, requirement specifications, and process flow diagrams.</li><li>Support project execution, testing, and implementation to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.</li><li>Handle client communication for requirement clarification, updates, and issue resolution.</li><li>Assist in data analysis, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage documentation and tracking of change requests, invoices, and project deliverables.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1-2 yrs as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC, project documentation, and requirement gathering.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;38,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
