As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and management of Computacenter's content strategy to increase brand awareness, thought-leadership and lead generation. In this role you can use your creativity to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers through social media, blogs, the corporate website, sales enablement collateral and demand generation campaigns.</div><div><br>

What you'll be doing</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads, to create sales opportunities and increase customer retention.</li>
<li>Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.</li>
<li>This role requires a brand publisher mindset: create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion.</li>
<li>Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance to assure content is consistent with our brand voice,<br>
style and tone.</li>
<li>Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.</li>
<li>Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand and apply best practices of the main social media channels, and continuously assess<br>
which content and approaches work on each and why.</li>
<li>Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.</li>
<li>Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.</li>
<li>Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand awareness.</li>
<li>Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.</li>
<li>Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.</li>

<li>8 years of experience in strategic planning and execution.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in experience.</li>

The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing business-to-business relationship with assigned partners and vendors. Individual will manage product offerings, rebates, contracts, and yearly certifications. This position is an office-based position; Partner Managers are provided office space at their local office.</div><br>

What you'll be doing</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Developing and creating a deep understanding of vendor requirements and delivering a commercially focused strategic sourcing function.</li>
<li>Promoting Computacenter US (CCUS) as the preferred route to market for our vendors and reverse selling CCUS&rsquo;s capabilities into vendor partners.</li>
<li>Promoting CCUS as the preferred route to market.</li>
<li>Developing and owning commercial programs with vendors and building strategies to maximize the commercial benefit for CCUS from these programs and ensuring CC compliance with vendor programs</li>
<li>Managing vendor accreditation programs.</li>
<li>Negotiating with vendors to deliver best pricing and terms for CCUS.</li>
<li>Managing rebates, marketing funds, and vendor contribution programs.</li>
<li>Facilitating the creation of solutions between Sales and Vendor; shaping and negotiating large, complex opportunities.</li>
<li>Managing and driving the performance of suppliers to deliver CCUS objectives.</li>
<li>Facilitating the development of joint partnership between CCUS and vendors.</li>
<li>Managing relationship with partners and CCUS to build the brand and the business.</li>
<li>Developing strategic plan for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter United States.</li>
<li>Driving change, innovation, and growth across the Partner programs.</li>
<li>Maximizing front and back-end process for partner specific items such as rebate programs, partner-specific solutions, and more.</li>
<li>Analyzing and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.</li>
<li>Acting as a point of escalation on complex issues and providing appropriate support to internal team members.</li>
<li>Reviewing forecast for opportunity to negotiate additional discounts and programs.</li>
<li>Communicating partner programs and processes to internal departments.</li>
<li>Managing Certification and Partner requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitating Internal &amp; External QBR/BPs for assigned partners.</li>
<li>Assisting with customer-facing meetings regarding end-user programs.</li>
<li>Assisting with new Vendor Qualification and Onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintaining and improving business profitability within assigned partner lines.</li>
<li>Maintaining and improving business line incorporating new products, when needed.</li>
<li>Assuring compliance with policies and procedures.</li>

<b>What you have</b></div>
<ul>
<li>5-7+ years&rsquo; experience in vendor management, negotiation, and business strategy development</li>
<li>Experience in a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment.</li>
<li>Experience of working at a strategic level to enable partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships.</li>
<li>Legally eligible to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Ability to assess potential growth in partner relationships.</li>
<li>Contributes to the organizational vision and strategy, initiates and leads collaborative forums across the organization to create the foundation for achieving strategic goals</li>
