What you'll be doing</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Works closely with Consulting Engineers and Principal Consultants to deliver services that support company objectives and align with Winning Together values.</li>
<li>Develop as a technical leader in technology solutions by doing the following:</li>
<li>Receive mentoring from Principal Consultants for advancement.</li>
<li>Mentoring other Consulting Engineers.</li>
<li>Lead a team of resources on larger projects.</li>
<li>Review the deliverables of other Engineers, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Act as a point of escalation for Consulting Engineers.</li>
<li>Be regarded as a thought leader by recommending new technologies, best practices, and tools that support the growth of the business</li>
<li>Assess the customer's environment and provide design and solution recommendations.</li>
<li>Act as liaison between Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.</li>
<li>Provide design, deployment, and implementation services of single or multi-vendor solutions.</li>
<li>Handle issues escalated by Consultants.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot multi-vendor issues, create remediation plans, and plan execution</li>
<li>Lead Project teams as assigned</li>
<li>Be current with vendor offerings and technology</li>
<li>Achieve and maintain Industry and Partner focused certifications as it relates to your focus area(s)</li>
<li>Be available to meet the customer&rsquo;s IT needs</li>
<li>Achievement of individual utilization targets</li>

<li>End-to-end understanding of Data Protection products from Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, Dell, deployment models, and architecture.</li>
<li>Participate in the design and implementation of the Data Protection from Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, and Dell solutions in a customer&rsquo;s environment.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on training to customers on data protection features from Commvault, Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, and Dell, including management and maintenance capabilities.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of automation scripts to implement, migrate, and maintain deployed solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to production.</li></ul><br>

<li>10+ years of implementation experience in large enterprise environments</li>
<li>Recent consulting experience is a significant plus</li>
<li>Commvault Certified Professional (highly preferred)</li>
<li>Rubrik RCIE (Rubrik Certified Implementation Engineer)</li>
<li>Veeam VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer)</li>
<li>DELL EMC Data Protection Partner Certifications preferred</li>

<li>Experience with Linux and shell scripting (bash/zsh/sh)</li>
<li>Experience in AWS/AZURE/GCP cloud-based backup targets.</li>
<li>Experience with troubleshooting in large, complex environments</li>
<li>Experience and/or understanding of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and High-Availability concepts</li>

The State Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting all required reports to state agencies in compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and documentation.<br>

<li>Strong knowledge of state reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li>
