<div><div><b>General Purpose:</b> The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to perform administrative and reception duties for the campus.
<br>
<b>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Greet all visitors and students; direct traffic.</li><li>
Data entry.</li><li>
Support the Admissions Department with the placement test links for prospective students and the results.</li><li>
Support the DSO Department with documentation of student records.</li><li>
Answer calls and make outgoing calls as needed.</li><li>
Print transcripts.</li><li>
Type verification letters.</li><li>
Additional administrative projects such as making copies, admission packets, etc.</li><li>
Record and forward all purchase orders.</li><li>
Maintain general cleanliness and outward appearance of the location; general housekeeping.</li><li>
Receive and sort mail.</li><li>
Maintain records as they pertain to quantifiable front desk duties: transfer calls, calendar reports, payments, appointments and etc.</li><li>
Contact vendor services as needed for copiers, vending machines, etc.</li><li>
Other duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b><br>
Education and/or Experience:</b> High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 2 years experience in office/administrative role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>
