<div><p>CWS seeks a Power Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics for the U.S.<br>
Customs and Border Protection&rsquo;s (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract.<br>
The Power BI Analyst develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and analytics to support NOC leadership decision-making and contract performance reporting.</p><br>

Job Requirements:</p>
<div><p><b>
Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Design and implement visual dashboards for performance and SLA reporting.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Integrate data from ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure data accuracy and report reliability.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct trend and predictive analytics to identify performance risks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support automation of reporting processes.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Data Science, IT, or related discipline.</li></ul>
<ul><li>6+ years with Power BI and enterprise analytics tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong data modeling and SQL skills.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Federal reporting experience.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Place of Performance:</b><br>
Springfield and Ashburn, VA (with possible travel to Orlando, FL, and other CBP facilities).</p><p><b><br>
Security Clearance Requirement:</b> Has favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP.</p>
