 Office Assistant.
 
 
 
 Our organization provides registered agent services nationwide for our legal clients. We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team. Our Annual Reports team partners with Secretary of State and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely filings on behalf of our clients.

 Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaining a courteous, friendly attitude by greeting all callers pleasantly and in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Leveraging internal systems to ensure detailed and accurate information from clients is captured in a fast and efficient manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and shipping documents to clients using various mail carriers
 </li>
 <li>
 Data entry, scanning and processing of documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the various departments within the business by supporting staff and the fulfilment of products or services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining office supplies, working with vendors, and performing general administrative and other job functions as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What will we need from you?
 
 
 
 As you&rsquo;ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, multi-task and achieve objectives to get the best outcome.
 
 
 
 Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include

 High school diploma or equivalent required
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous office environment experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer skills, including typing (data entry), scanning, email and internet research.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to learn multiple job skills.
