<div>ComSonics is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with daily repair operations at our Weyers Cave facility. This role involves pricing parts, applying labor charges, maintaining inventory, and managing product shipments. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys supporting both administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Price parts accurately using established pricing guidelines</li><li>
Apply labor charges to customer orders and work orders</li><li>
Prepare quotes, invoices, and order documentation</li><li>
Maintain inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts</li><li>
Coordinate and prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling</li><li>
Process shipping paperwork and track shipments to ensure timely delivery</li><li>
Receive incoming products and verify quantities against documentation</li><li>
Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, pricing, and inventory availability</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED is required</li><li>
1-2 years of administrative experience.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>
Positive and professional attitude</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li></ul>
