<div><div><b>Comunilife Inc.</b> is looking for an <b>Administrative Assistant to assist its Care Coordination Program</b>. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide frontline administrative support to the Program Director, and ancillary support relevant to day to day operations of the program site. <b><i>Comunlife offers all full time staff a generous benefits and paid time package</i></b></div><div>
</div><div></div><div><b>Essential Duties:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Data Entry:
</div></li><li><div>Petty Cash Processing: Compiles receipts, calculates totals and completes form submitted for program reimbursement.
</div></li><li><div>Fiscal Recordkeeping: Responsible for maintaining orderly, well organized files
</div></li><li><div>Procurement: Processes online office supply orders; conducts follow up on backorders and/or return of incorrect items.
</div></li><li><div>Create and maintain tracking systems on client engagement&ndash; using data from the Care Management system.</div></li><li><div>
Outreach: Places calls to schedule [telephonic] interviews for program with clients enrolled in program</div></li><li><div>
Arrange site visits and coordinate with various Comunilife housing programs.
</div></li><li><div>Client Engagement: Participates and assists with program activities, including set up, circulation of notifications and outreach.
</div></li></ul><div><b>Education and Experience Requirement(s)</b></div><div>
Associate's Degree with three (3) years of relevant experience required. Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment. Professionalism &amp; Reliability.
</div><div>Must be computer literate and able to type 40-45 WPM. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word &amp; Excel a plus.
