What you will be doing:</div>
<ul><li>Manages and develops the Service/ Office Staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production/ profit.</li>
<li>Evaluates workload and prioritizes works orders with dispatch department.</li>
<li>Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensures that material and equipment are ordered in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Generate reports and measure department performance.</li>
<li>Assists and support in developing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Assist in hands on training, and scheduling manufacturer training for employees.</li>
<li>Ensure that all employees are observing all company safety requirements.</li>
</ul>

What you need for this position:</div>
<ul><li>3-5+ years of Supervisory experience in the Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Industry</li>
<li>EPA Certification</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently and without supervision</li>
<li>Communication and Customer Service skills</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
