About the Role</b></div><div>
Conair is seeking an experienced <b>Contract Recruiter/Sourcer </b>to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six‑month assignment. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, resourceful recruiting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex, and high‑volume environment. You&rsquo;ll operate with the mindset of an in‑house agency recruiter, balancing multiple requisitions at once while delivering exceptional candidate quality and speed.</div><div>

You will partner closely with hiring managers across the business to source, engage, and hire top talent for a wide range of roles. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing role that requires strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to execute quickly.</div><div>
</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Manage a high‑volume requisition load across multiple business units with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.</li><li>
Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and competitive markets.</li><li>
Conduct full‑cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience management.</li><li>
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations.</li><li>
Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.</li><li>
Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS with precision and compliance.</li><li>
Represent Conair&rsquo;s brand with professionalism and consistency in all candidate interactions.</li><li>
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs in a dynamic, consumer‑driven environment.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of recruiting experience, including strong sourcing capability for hard‑to‑fill roles.</li><li>
Proven success operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and complex recruiting environment.</li><li>
Experience functioning like an in‑house agency recruiter&mdash;managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.</li><li>
Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.</li><li>
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to juggle many requisitions simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience recruiting within consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is a strong plus.</li><li>
Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.</li></ul><div>

Environmental Factors:</b></div><ul><li>
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.</li><li>
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.</li><li>
This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
