Position Summary:</b>
</div><div></div><div>The Sales Operations Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for driving operational excellence across assigned customer accounts. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, serving as a key liaison between Sales, Digital, Operations, Customer Service, and external retail partners. The Sales Operations Analyst ensures data accuracy, order execution and inventory alignment processes are managed effectively to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.</div><div>

In addition to executing core operational functions, this role contributes analytical insight, identifies process improvement opportunities, and plays a proactive role in optimizing performance across product set-ups, pricing, inventory, and promotions.</div><div>

The majority of this newly-created role will be focused on retailer item set-up and product detail page (PDP) management, as well as drop ship inventory management, for a variety of retail.com accounts. The Sales Operations Analyst will also support purchase order management, point-of-sale analysis, inventory forecasts and ad hoc account management needs for a key account.</div><div>

This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be located in either Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST).</b></div><div></div><div><br>

Focus:</b></div><div>

Execute and maintain accurate customer account data across systems, including item setup, pricing updates, and ongoing record maintenance.</li><li>
Support order processing and inventory coordination by partnering with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure timely and compliant execution.</li><li>
Serve as a reliable operational resource for assigned accounts, ensuring data integrity and consistent follow-through on customer and internal requests.</li></ul><div>

Responsibilities</b>:
</div><div>
</div><ul><li>Manage the creation, accuracy, and maintenance of product data across retailer websites and vendor portals, ensuring data integrity and operational readiness.
</li><li>Ensure customer SKUs &amp; pricing are set up in Conair&rsquo;s internal systems for seamless customer ordering.
</li><li>Conduct routine product detail page (PDP) audits to validate high-quality images, videos, product titles and descriptions are displayed across retail.com</li><li>
Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts, developing deep expertise in customer-specific requirements and ensuring timely, accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to proactively manage inventory allocation and replenishment strategies to optimize sales performance and inventory turn.</li><li>
Manage pricing updates and ensure all customer accounts reflect accurate and current pricing in alignment with company guidelines and contractual terms.</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to oversee order management, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to customer compliance standards.</li><li>
Support and participate in recurring meetings with customer buying &amp; planning teams to review performance, identify trends, and assess the impact of operational or assortment changes on sales results.</li><li>
Support the Operations Director and Account Managers in preparing monthly business reviews, weekly flash reporting, and performance recaps, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.</li><li>
Analyze promotional performance against shipment expectations and collaborate with Sales to develop forward-looking shipment and inventory plans.</li><li>
Own end-to-end sample management for line reviews, planograms, and other customer needs (placing sample orders, providing tracking information, confirming when samples are delivered)</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
1-3 years of customer account management and item setup experience</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Experience work with ERP systems (SAP preferred), proficiency in Excel</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.</li></ul><p><b>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of recruiting experience, including strong sourcing capability for hard‑to‑fill roles.</li><li>
Proven success operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and complex recruiting environment.</li><li>
Experience functioning like an in‑house agency recruiter&mdash;managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.</li><li>
Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.</li><li>
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to juggle many requisitions simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience recruiting within consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is a strong plus.</li><li>
