The Sr. Manager, Beauty (Conair/BaByliss) Enablement will play a key role in enabling and accelerating the growth of Conair&rsquo;s Beauty and Grooming brands on walmart.com. This position will partner closely with sales, marketing, creative, and operations to drive excellence in content, performance, and execution.</div><p>
The role&rsquo;s primary focus is to support the omnichannel sales team with scalable Ecommerce solutions and retailer.com enablement programs that maximize sales, optimize the digital shelf, and enhance the consumer experience for the Beauty category.</p><div><b>

Growth &amp; Scalability Initiatives</b></p><ul><li>
