Job Summary
The Field Technician, Motive Power, is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motive power equipment. This position conducts basic troubleshooting, field and shop repairs, and responds to customer needs. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and does not have any direct reports. 
Key Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform routine preventative maintenance.</li><li>
Troubleshoot battery and charger systems.</li><li>
Perform repairs at customer locations and Concentric shops.</li><li>
Respond to client needs in a timely manner, while applying great customer service behaviors.</li><li>
Complete all work orders and customer facing documentation while adhering to Concentric SOP expectations.</li><li>
Work safely and follow all safety requirements.</li><li>
Work independently or with a team in a professional manner.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>
Key Performance Measurements:<ul><li>
A score card that reflects performance in areas such as safety, efficiency, work order completion, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.</li><li>
Exercises a high degree of time management skill, resulting in greater than 90% time billable to customers.</li><li>
Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness &amp; ability to learn new skills and information.</li><li>
Other key performance measurements as determined by the direct supervisor.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High School or GED Diploma required. Prefer an associate degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience.</li><li>

Concentric Technicians may need to travel out of state to perform work. The Department of Transportation (DOT) has several requirements for drivers of commercial motor vehicles weighing less than 26,001 pounds who are driving across state lines, including:<ul><li>
Drivers must be at least 18 years old to drive &quot;Intrastate&quot;. Drivers must be at least 21 years old to driver &quot;Interstate&quot;.</li><li>
Drivers must have a valid driver's license at all times.</li><li>
Drivers must have a valid DOT medical card or the ability to obtain DOT medical card per DOT/FMCA guidelines during the hiring process. Drivers must continue to maintain their active medical card status throughout their employment.</li><li>
Drivers must follow the DOT's HOS regulations.</li><li>

Job Summary
The Interstate Retail Store Parts &amp; Delivery Specialist plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the battery retail environment. This position is responsible for engaging with customers to provide accurate information about products and services, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a courteous and timely manner. The Retail Store Parts &amp; Delivery Specialist reports to the Store Manager and does not have direct reports.
Key Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines, complete safety training, and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>
Greets and assists customers by telephone or in store to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints in a professional manner.</li><li>
Maintains invoicing sales, accepting payment, and processing credit cards while securing accurate transactions.</li><li>
Processes exchanges, returns, warranties, and core transactions in accordance with company policy.</li><li>
Installs vehicle batteries in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer&rsquo;s specifications, and performs other in-store services for customers.</li><li>
Delivers local commercial account orders (batteries, accessories, etc.) as needed, following all state traffic laws.</li><li>
Ensures all inventory counts, stock adjustments, and store-to-store transfers are processed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Performs daily operational tasks, keeping retail space and battery charging stations clean and organized.</li><li>
Enters inventory data into computer using various data entry devices and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time.</li><li>
Recommends improvements in product placement, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.</li><li>
Maintain a clean store and professional appearance.</li><li>
Performs work on weekends and evenings, including store opening/closing duties as needed to meet applicable deadlines.</li><li>
Follow security procedures when entering and exiting the building for the safety of themselves and others.</li><li>

We are currently looking to hire an Executive Security Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Bellevue, WA. This position requires working full-time onsite at our client's Headquarters in Bellevue, WA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive Security Agent will provide critical security services while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The individual will ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and visitors by patrolling assigned areas both indoors and outdoors, responding to incidents, and providing escorts for employees and guests as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Safeguard the client site and personnel from all forms of safety and security hazards</li>
<li>Provide security coverage for employees, guests, and others in a way that is professional, courteous, and in compliance with established policies and procedures</li>
<li>Establish a front-facing security presence during business hours</li>
<li>Monitor for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches and respond accordingly following company procedures.</li>
<li>Secure the arrival and departure routes for key executives</li>
<li>Provide additional security functions for the space during non-office hours as needed</li>
<li>Conduct routine and random patrols of assigned areas on foot, including interior and exterior premises</li>
<li>Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for visitor management, alarm/response protocols, and threat escalations at the office</li>
<li>Develop and maintain Accident Prevention plans and other safety protocols</li>
<li>Advise and take action addressing unknown visitors to the office location</li>
<li>Integrate office security with HR functions (terminations, screenings, removal of access, etc.).</li>
<li>Engage services vendors and manage access to and within the office space</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with the Director of Operations to build and manage a POI Database</li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

<li>All licenses and certifications as a Security Guard in WA</li>

<li>Must hold or be able to hold certification in First Aid/CPR/AED</li>
