You will assist senior designers with conceptual development, technical drafting, and material selection, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in interior design. We are committed to fostering growth, innovation, and a passion for transforming environments into captivating experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the design team in developing interior concepts through sketches, mood boards, and detailed plans using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino 3D</li><li>Assist in creating accurate construction documents and drafting drawings that adhere to project specifications and building codes</li><li>Collaborate on lighting design and selection, incorporating color theory principles to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality</li><li>Prepare presentations using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members</li><li>Contribute to project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project milestones</li><li>Participate in site visits for renovation and remodeling projects to ensure design implementation aligns with plans</li><li>Support the preparation of contracts, specifications, and procurement documents for lighting sales, fixtures, and finishes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills</li><li>Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential</li><li>Knowledge of CAD drafting standards, color theory, lighting design principles, and construction processes</li><li>Familiarity with project management practices including budgeting and scheduling</li><li>Experience or interest in remodeling, renovation projects, and construction workflows</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li></ul>Embark on a vibrant career journey where your creativity fuels inspiring spaces!
