 Mid-Level Technical Office Engineer
 
 to serve as the backbone of our contracting operations. This isn't just a drafting role; we are looking for a commercial-minded engineer to bridge the gap between design and site execution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 You will lead our technical office efforts with a focus on:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Quantity Surveying (QS):
 
 Accurate BOQs for tenders and site execution to ensure project profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Procurement &amp; Tendering:
 
 Managing material purchases, evaluating subcontractor bids, and optimizing costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Documentation:
 
 Producing detailed architectural shop drawings and coordinating with MEP/Structural parties for a "zero-clash" execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Project Coordination:
 
 Managing RFIs, supporting site teams, and ensuring documentation aligns with project milestones.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 3 + years in a Technical Office or Contracting environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Software:
 
 Mastery of
 
 Autodesk Revit
 
 and AutoCAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Skills:
 
 Proven ability in QS, material take-offs, and interdisciplinary coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mindset:
 
 A detail-oriented problem solver who understands the financial side of construction.
 </li>
