Why is this Role Essential?
Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team! The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a &lsquo;hands on&rsquo; role and fostering a team approach to patient care.
What Will You Do?
<ul><li>Patient Care &amp; Education 
Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health, treatment, and self-care.
</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision 
Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
</li><li>Treatment Monitoring &amp; Adjustment 
Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and ensures accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.
</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Communication 
Works closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance 
Maintains accurate electronic medical records, ensures timely completion of care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.</li></ul>

What's Required?
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing</li><li>
Current State appropriate or Compact RN License</li><li>
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area</li><li>
Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required</li><li>
BLS Provider certification
</li></ul>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment
This role requires successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test to ensure accurate color perception in a clinical setting. It also involves prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Strong focus and attention to detail are essential. The work environment includes temperature control, moderate noise levels, and potential exposure to infectious materials.

Compensation
$38 - $50 per hour
Hourly rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the following: a candidate&rsquo;s experience in this position and/or the dialysis industry in general, location of the position in question, urgency of company need, timeline of required to fill position, and other potential and/or applicable factors that emerge from time to time.</div>

The Installation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring our dialysis water treatment systems are installed, maintained, and operating safely and efficiently. This position partners closely with the Technical Director and Technical Supervisor to complete installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades while supporting regulatory compliance and delivering reliable water quality standards that directly impact patient care.
What Will You Do?<ul><li>
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis water treatment systems and related equipment.
</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on reverse osmosis (RO) systems, pretreatment equipment, and ancillary water treatment devices.
</li><li>Assist with water treatment room upgrades, renovations, and new system installations.
</li><li>Perform water testing, disinfection procedures, bacteriological cultures, LAL testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
</li><li>Report out-of-range water quality results and assist in implementing corrective actions.
</li><li>Maintain compliance with AAMI, CMS, state, and company standards.
</li><li>Identify equipment, parts, chemicals, and testing supply needs to ensure operational readiness.
</li><li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe water treatment rooms and warehouse inventory.
</li><li>Assist in training clinical teammates and technical staff on water treatment equipment and processes.
</li><li>Respond to emergency service calls involving water treatment systems.
</li><li>Prepare and submit service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
</li><li>Communicate effectively with Facility Water Specialists (FWS), clinic leadership, and Technical leadership.
</li><li>Operate company vehicles, including work vans and rental box trucks, as needed.
</li><li>Travel throughout assigned regions to support installation projects and equipment upgrades.

Education<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.
</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>
Minimum one (1) year of experience in dialysis, healthcare, biomedical services, water treatment, plumbing, or a related technical field preferred.
</li><li>Experience servicing dialysis water treatment equipment strongly preferred.
</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Working knowledge of dialysis water treatment systems.
</li><li>Understanding of AAMI, ANSI/ISO, and CMS water quality standards.
</li><li>Knowledge of AmeriWater systems preferred.
</li><li>Plumbing experience preferred.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to lift, position, and move equipment safely.
</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in mechanical environments for extended periods.
</li></ul>Preferred Certifications<ul><li>
Dialysis water treatment certifications from equipment manufacturers.
</li><li>Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT).
</li><li>Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Water Specialist (CWS).
</li><li>NANT membership preferred.
</li></ul>On Call, Travel, &amp; Work Expectations:<ul><li>
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
</li><li>Weekend on-call compensation provided.
</li><li>Frequent regional and out-of-state travel required.
</li><li>Company pays all travel expenses and provides daily per diem for overnight travel.
</li><li>Travel may include driving or flying depending on project location.
</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
</li><li>Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including work vans and rental box trucks.
</li><li>Maintain warehouse inventory and assist with receiving deliveries when not traveling.
</li></ul>Compensation Range: $25 - $38/hr
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Concerto&rsquo;s policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set for by state and federal agencies.
What Will You Do?<ul><li>
Direct Patient Care 
Provides hands-on care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments per prescribed orders
</li><li>Vital Signs &amp; Monitoring 
Obtains and documents pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments, reporting any unusual findings to the nurse.
</li><li>Dialysis Machine Operation Sets up, operates, and performs safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administers heparin as permitted by state law.
</li><li>Documentation &amp; Lab Work 
Accurately documents patient treatment details and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed.
</li><li>Customer Service &amp; Environment Delivers excellent service to patients, families, and staff, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li></ul>
