Responsibilities and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability to erect steel structure including: columns, beams, bar joists, and decking</li>
<li>Ability to erect pre-cast panels</li>
<li>Experience using oxy-acetylene torch</li>
<li>Ability to work at ease at elevated heights</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently</li>
<li>Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day</li>
<li>Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling</li>
</ul>
Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance

Other considerations:
<ul><li>All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test</li>
<li>Wages are based on experience and performance</li>
<li>Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)</li>
<li>Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site</li>
</ul>

<li>Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)</li>
<li>Spud Crescent</li>
<li>Bar</li>
<li>Red Snips</li>
<li>Green Snips</li></ul>
