The Operations Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain operational reporting and workforce insights to ensure leadership has accurate, actionable data for effective decision-making. This role will analyze performance trends, identify variances, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful business insights.</div><div><br>

<p><b>As our Operations Data Analyst, you will:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop, generate, and deliver operational reports using multiple data sources, translating findings into clear insights on performance trends and business outcomes
</li><li>Analyze service level &amp; agent performance, staffing trends, and key operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities
</li><li>Investigate report variances and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
</li><li>Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend enhancements to improve visibility and decision-making
</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including DBAs, Finance, and Risk, to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and integrity across reporting systems
</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide analytical consultation, and support implementation of data-driven solutions
</li><li>Utilize data tools and query methodologies to transform, analyze, and validate data
</li><li>Audit workforce data, schedules, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
</li><li>Assist workforce management in maintaining agent schedules and monitoring real-time call center performance</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience preferred
</li><li>Analytical experience, preferably in a production or call center environment
</li><li>Experience with data tools such as SQL, Databricks, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with databases required
</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
</li><li>Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively

Responsible for supporting the finance and accounting department in executing new securitization financings and monitoring existing facilities. The person will work with different groups within the company, including risk and operations, develop a knowledge base of consumer finance in general, and improve existing processes for a growing consumer financial services company.</div><div></div><div><br>

As our Capital Markets Analyst, you will:</b></p><ul><li>
Create and prepare related investor reports.</li><li>
Mine data and monitor data quality to regularly deliver crucial information used for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.</li><li>
Design and implement new data and reporting structures, as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal constituents, bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and investors to structure new financing facilities and modify existing ones as the business requires.</li><li>
Work within the organization to respond to requests from rating agencies, lenders, investors, and auditors.</li><li>
Develop relationships with current and prospective lenders by attending industry conferences.
</li><li>Document existing and new procedures, to apply best practices and improve efficiencies.</li><li>
Automate departmental processes to increase efficiencies and decrease errors.</li><li>
Provide high-value analysis and insight to Concora Credit management, outside vendors, investment partners, and/or consultants.</li><li>
Provide analytical support for financial audits.</li><li>
Monitor ABS market and industry trends.</li></ul><div><b>

Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Must possess strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking ability.</li><li>
Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.</li><li>
Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.</li><li>
1 &ndash; 3 years of relevant experience in banking, accounting, or audit</li><li>
Knowledgeable of cash management functions, and an understanding of finance and accounting principles is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Prior experience in banking, securitization, ABL lending, fintech, or servicing preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with financial services and credit card industry is a plus.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Math.</li><li>
Advanced quantitative skills, including the ability to extract and manipulate data.</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and SQL querying.</li><li>
Ability to create and modify presentations using PowerPoint.</li></ul><div><b>
