NDT LEVEL -2 - CERTIFICATION MUST&#10065; Responsible internal system, process and product audits of in-house as well as at supplier end.&#10065; Knowledge of core tools PPAP, FMEA.&#10065; Analysis of in-house and customer rejection.&#10065; Responsible for customer end third party audit (ISO, TS22163: 2017, EN-15085 &amp; ISO 3834).&#10065; Responsible for welding related activities (deputy welding coordinator) as per ISO 14731 Requirements.&#10065; Responsible to review the SOP and OPL. Received from all departments and approved.&#10065; To ensure 100% adherence of quality system, audit process and customer norms.&#10065; Checking fixture and welding jig validation at the supplier end.&#10065; Review of packing standard and compliance as per customer requirement.&#10065; Responsible to ensure welding process as per welding manual and as per EN15085 Standard.&#10065; Quality planning and analysis to consistently achieve quality targets leading to the customers.&#10065; Perform inward, in process and final inspection, issue inspection report and release note.&#10065; Follow quality procedure, format, templates related to inspection like check list, reports etc.&#10065; Provide quality relevant recommendation to quality manager on QA/QC matters highlighted by clientJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>NDT LEVEL - 2 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
