The ability to adjust to the customer's product and needs is a key element of Concordia&rsquo;s service philosophy and the direct link between the customer and the business is our dedicated employees.We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, hardworking 2nd shift Air Export Agent who will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be hybrid office/warehouse employee.Responsibilities<ul><li>Understanding of customs regulations and procedures.</li><li>Have the capability to process air shipments.</li><li>Review country specific export documentation requirements.</li><li>Assure that the airport transfer pouch contains all necessary document copies in correct sequence.</li><li>Provide the overseas offices and agents with pre-alerts and uplift information in a timely manner.</li><li>Processing and preparing both HAWB&rsquo;s</li><li>Receive and document, handle cargo with the use of a forklift, pallet jack, etc.</li></ul>&middot; Verify and document the count and condition of cargo received.&middot; Accurately label freight to destination.&middot; Re-pack or re-palletize freight as needed according to instructions provided.&middot; Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.&middot; Handle TSA Screening activities on a daily basisKey Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; 2 years experience preferred.&middot; High school diploma/GED required. College degree is a plus&middot; Must have time management skills and the ability to multi-task.&middot; Strong communication in telephone, email, and interpersonal skills.&middot; Responsible for adhering to customs regulations and procedures.&middot; Must be able to comply with all TSA regulations as Concordia is a CCSF.&middot; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.&middot; Basic computer skills and standard PC application skills required. .&middot; Must have experience loading cargo on proper platforms.&middot; Hazardous goods handling certification a plus.&middot; Forklift driver certification required; valid state issued driver&rsquo;s license required.&middot; Interpersonal and communication skills.&middot; Must be able to read, write and speak English.In this role you can expect:&middot; Competitive Salary &amp; Bonus Program&middot; Medical Benefits&middot; Paid Time Off (Holidays &amp; Vacation)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
