Daily Accounting Operations<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.</li><li>Manage cash book, bank book, and ledger entries accurately.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li></ul>2. Bank-Related Activities<ul><li>Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.</li><li>Record all bank transactions including payments, receipts, and transfers.</li><li>Monitor cheque deposits and clearances.</li></ul>3. GST &amp; Tax Compliance<ul><li>Maintain records of GST input and output.</li><li>Assist in preparation and filing of monthly GST returns.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for GST audits.</li></ul>4. TDS &amp; Tax Compliance<ul><li>Deduct and record TDS as applicable.</li><li>Prepare and assist in filing quarterly TDS returns.</li><li>Maintain statutory ledgers and ensure compliance with tax requirements.</li></ul>5. Payroll Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly salary statements.</li><li>Maintain attendance records, overtime, and advance/loan entries.</li></ul>6. Vendor &amp; Customer Coordination<ul><li>Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors regarding pending bills, discrepancies, and settlements.</li><li>Maintain updated vendor and customer ledger accounts.</li></ul>7. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Support senior accountants during internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Generate MIS reports such as outstanding statements, purchase summaries, sales summaries, etc.</li></ul>8. Documentation &amp; Filing<ul><li>Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.</li><li>Ensure updated and organized records for statutory compliance.</li></ul>9.
