 Our SEO Team works closely with our editorial, audience development, analytics, and product groups to figure out ways to acquire new users from Search and Google Discover to ensure the highest level of discoverability for content across Google&rsquo;s organic platforms. In this role, your work will make a huge impact on Cond&eacute; Nast&rsquo;s digital sites in Arabia and around the world.
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a data-driven, highly organized content SEO Manager with an editorial search engine optimization background to help Vogue, GQ, Architectural Digest, Cond&eacute; Nast Traveller, and Wired increase their organic search and Discover traffic through content recommendations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of editorial SEO at a publisher, news site, agency, or similar. This is not a technical SEO role. This is a full time position based out of our office in Dubai and reports to the Global Senior Manager of SEO.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and develop SEO, Answer Engine, and Google Discover content initiatives for Vogue, GQ, Architectural Digest, Cond&eacute; Nast Traveller, and Wired in Arabia (currently all English language brands, and soon to launch in Arabic), and collaborate with other search and audience experts in other markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Day-to-day execution of organic search and answer engine campaigns and Google Discover tactical support including evergreen keyword research, researched content gap recommendations, strategic optimization of existing content, competitor content analysis, and ad hoc non-technical SEO support
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply top-to-bottom management of SEO content campaigns including writing meta content, creating SEO friendly content, creating target keyword lists, improving link architecture, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with cross-market editorial teams to create SEO content strategies for each Arabian brand and work on executing evergreen strategies for existing and new content
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor content/news trends and provide brands with SEO content recommendations for major events, and support event and news/Google Discover strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Document content strategy for major events and tentpole topics and conduct post-analysis afterward
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead ad hoc SEO content projects to support Arabian brands and the centralized SEO Team
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively anticipate brand&rsquo;s needs and provide strong solutions before requested
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate stakeholders with editorial SEO, AI, and Discover trainings, new best practice documentation, and wider team presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage SEO strategies and tactics combined with direct traffic data to recommend new approaches to grow brand loyalty, and increase direct traffic
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify key stakeholders on brands to create change and mentor them in SEO
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform content audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Support traffic analysis &amp; algorithm update recovery
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep abreast of the latest SEO developments and news, and advocate for SEO tactics used in the marketplace that the brands have not utilized yet
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL SKILLS &amp; REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years editorial content SEO experience, preferably for a major media/publishing organization or agency working on editorial content
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Google Discover
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record &ndash; Applicants must submit websites that demonstrate their SEO ability and be prepared to discuss
 </li>
 <li>
 Intrinsic understanding of SEO tactics, including on-page, off-page, industry best practices, current industry trends, and black hat tactics to avoid
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert user of web analytics tools and concepts, particularly Google Search Console
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert user of third-party enterprise SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert SEO copywriting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Several years of experience working with Editorial teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence stakeholders and change behavior
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English
 </li>

 Designer, Vogue Arabia
 
 
 
 Vogue is looking for a Designer with experience in multi platform design, visual strategy, typography, picture research and video and creative ideation. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational skills as well as a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment across all platforms. Reporting to the Global Design Director (Europe), you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of Vogue in the region. A solid understanding of the Middle East audience is essential for this role.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Designing graphics and layouts for editorial content in print, video, social and digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with the Head of Editorial content and Art Director to develop concepts and moodboards to create cohesive, unique visual stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with developing design approaches for high-profile events, social media initiatives, and other brand campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Making visual assets for newsletters, e-commerce, and marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with internal partners (production, product, etc.) to translate print layouts into digital editions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with commissioning illustrations and maintaining project schedules, as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Building engaging internal and external presentations that maintain branding and design standards and adhere to strict deadlines.

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

 Relevant work experience in media or similar fields.

 Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator and other relevant design software.

 A strong design portfolio and sophisticated aesthetic that reflects multi-platform experience and a strong foundation in typography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thorough understanding of brand identity and ability to rigorously adhere to branding guidelines.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and communication skills.
 </li>

 Comfortable working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality.

 Proven experience working on design projects from concept to completion.
