We are now seeking an Administrative Support Supervisor.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>5+ years of customer service experience</li>
<li>At least 2 years of project management or leadership experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel and general accounting principles</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports including RFPs</li>
<li>Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of department, such as records and information management, procedures, policies, and other office support services.</li>
<li>Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors, or problem.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates written work processes and procedures for department</li>
