<ul><li>Plan, manage and successfully deliver projects, in compliance with the project practices, standards and processes of the Company, or represent the Department in other large scale commercial construction projects from conception through completion within the Group. Ensure that projects meet the defined business requirements and achieve the stipulated business benefits within agreed timescales, cost and scope, leading the project throughout from initiation to closure.</li><li>To lead design and construction methodologies, stakeholder and contract management, document control systems, safety standards (FLS), and local UAE construction regulations especially Dubai Municipality.</li><li>Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols by conducting site inspections, audits, and safety meetings, ensuring full compliance with local and international safety standards.</li><li>Ensure on time, in scope and within budget delivery of all assigned projects. Initiate and manage projects through all stages to ensure that their progress, quality and the outputs in key result areas are consistent with the scope and targets envisaged in the project charter. Project Manager Civil

<ul><li>Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and contract documents for mechanical works.</li><li>Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.</li><li>Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, pump head & pipe sizing, and equipment selection.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and supervise site installation of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authorities (Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, Municipality, etc.) for approvals and inspections.</li><li>Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed as per specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems.</li><li>Prepare project progress reports, material procurement lists, and ensure timely completion within budget.</li></ul>

Mechanical Engineer

<ul><li>Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to establish timelines and ensure project milestones are met without compromising quality.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including material usage, labor costs, and potential delays, to keep stakeholders informed.</li><li>Manage procurement processes for MEP materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.</li><li>Implement energy-efficient practices and solutions in MEP systems to support sustainability goals.</li><li>Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on-site, facilitating effective communication between all parties involved.</li></ul>
