General Accounting Executive - KuwaitA leading client in the Kuwait is seeking a General Accounting Executive to join their finance team. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.</li><li>Post journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.</li><li>Analyze and classify financial transactions.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.</li><li>Ensure accurate closings including rental, prepayments, and accruals.</li><li>Support internal/external audits with documentation.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset register and perform reconciliations.</li><li>Post inventory journal entries and perform monthly inventory closings.</li></ul>Performance Indicators:<ul><li>Timely and accurate reconciliations.</li><li>Zero unreconciled balances at month-end.</li><li>Month-end close within 5 working days.</li><li>Accurate audit schedules submitted on time.</li><li>Compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Contribution to process improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Finance / Accounts Graduates (All nations shall apply).</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years</li><li>Strong knowledge of GL functions and closing processes.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).</li><li>Advanced Excel and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD550.000 - KD650.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>How many years of relevant experience you have?</li><li>What is your nationality &amp; where do you reside currently?</li></ul>
