This is the wheel.What You'll Own: Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Lead and scale a team of digital marketing specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Programmatic (display &amp; video)</li><li>Build a high-performance culture where accountability isn't a buzzword&mdash;it's the standard.</li><li>Make the tough decisions that need to be made, with fairness and conviction.</li><li>Develop future leaders as the team grows, transitioning from managing specialists to managing managers</li><li>Mentor team members to elevate their skills, knowledge, and career trajectories</li></ul>Strategic Direction:<ul><li>Drive digital strategy for our agency partners' clients across multiple industries and verticals</li><li>Maintain deep expertise across the digital landscape&mdash;understanding emerging channels, platforms, and opportunities</li><li>Translate complex digital ecosystems into clear, actionable strategies that deliver measurable results</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward-thinking recommendations to both internal teams and agency partners</li></ul>Client Partnership &amp; Campaign Excellence:<ul><li>Serve as the strategic voice in client relationships, building trust through insight and results</li><li>Oversee campaign performance, optimization strategies, and outcome delivery across all digital channels</li><li>Ensure campaigns don't just run&mdash;they perform, improve, and exceed expectations</li><li>Balance the art of relationship management with the science of performance marketing</li></ul>Process &amp; Operations:<ul><li>Implement and refine processes that allow the team to scale without sacrificing quality</li><li>Create systems that enhance efficiency, clarity, and accountability</li><li>Identify operational gaps and build solutions before they become problems</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across workflows, reporting, and team collaboration</li></ul>What You BringNon-Negotiables:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of agency-level digital marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing teams and holding people accountable to high standards</li><li>Multi-channel digital expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Programmatic advertising</li><li>Depth in execution: You've run campaigns, analyzed data, optimized performance&mdash;you've been in the trenches</li><li>Strategic thinking: You see the big picture, connect the dots, and chart the course forward</li><li>Decisiveness: You can make tough calls with confidence and stand behind them</li></ul>What Makes You Exceptional:<ul><li>Experience scaling teams and developing emerging leaders</li><li>White label or B2B agency experience (understanding the nuances of agency-to-agency partnerships)</li><li>A track record of driving both team performance and business growth</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure to complexity</li><li>The rare combination of strategic vision and roll-up-your-sleeves execution</li></ul>The Conduit Culture: Are You a Fit?We're looking for someone who is:Driven.
