The Instructional Designer Intermediate is responsible for the successful development and system-wide delivery of training for software that is managed through the Information& Technology Services (ITS) department. Working under moderate supervision, this position designs training curricula, develops educational content, configures software training environments, coordinates& conducts training sessions, and resolves service tickets& requests. This position communicates and collaborates with all stakeholders of the organization to improve individual and organizational performance.
 Essential Job Function
 
<ul>
<li>Develops and implements / delivers the software training program for one’s respective Epic application(s) and/or other ITS software; creates and edits the curriculum and training/support materials for all roles as well as collaborates with leaders and analysts to determine the best approaches for training program development and user training.</li>
<li>Provides training and remediation for all system users via classroom, independent, at-the-elbow, refresher, new hire, thrive, online, and/or blended learning.</li>
<li>Coordinates training-related logistics and communications, responds to requests for training, Reviews / routes / resolves pertinent service tickets, supports help line calls, and rounds among stakeholders.</li>
<li>Creates, builds, configures, tests, and maintains the software training environments, and works in conjunction with application teams and technical teams to ensure consistency between production and training environments.</li>
<li>Participates in recruiting, selecting, coordinating, educating, credentialing, and ongoing deployment of Credentialed Trainers (CT’s) to assist with super user and end user training.</li>
<li>Ensures that CT’s are trained and equipped to successfully serve specific applications and user areas.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Instructional Designer Intermediate - Epic: Population Health

The Identity and Access Management Engineer - Intermediate is technically proficient at managing the Identity and Access Mgmt (IAM) system service. They have extensive knowledge about how IAM system enables advanced User Lifecycle Management scenarios involving mobile devices, security policy frameworks, supported SSO options, and advanced directory integration for cloud and on-premises access. Engineers use the IAM System Policy framework to control user access, understand how to map identity attributes and data transformations using Universal Directory, and troubleshoot issues.Essential Job Function
 <ul>
<li>Develop, implement and maintain IAM system solutions.</li>
<li>Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and User Provisioning across various platforms and systems.</li>
<li>Integration management with ServiceNow.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM System configurations and workflows.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders on IAM System solutions and IAM best practices.</li>
<li>Assist with Active Directory management and integration, including user and group management, policy configuration and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Identity and Access Management Engineer Intermediate

The Executive Assistant Senior supports an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day activities. This job works across lines of business and with various departments to ensure needs are met for assigned executives, including assistance with team communication, travel plans, expense reports and all other requests by executive members. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.Essential Job Function
