Overview A boutique real estate firm invites a resourceful and reliable professional to join our team as the central point of operations. This dynamic role encompasses property management, executive support, and full-cycle bookkeeping.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Property Management: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and vendors, oversee on-site superintendents, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance.</li><li>Executive Assistant: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Principal, including calendar management, document handling, and managing sensitive matters with discretion.</li><li>Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Maintain QuickBooks and bank accounts, manage AP/AR and credit card reconciliations, and prepare accurate financial reports.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in an executive administrative or personal assistant role with strong office management background.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.</li><li>Advance proficiency with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks; familiarity with data entry and clerical procedures.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to represent the Principal professionally.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating high levels of professionalism.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable vehicle for occasional property visits.</li></ul>Application Instructions:<ul><li>To ensure a secure and efficient process, we utilize a multi-stage screening protocol.</li><li>Email Subject: Your subject line MUST include the word &ldquo;Hire.&rdquo;</li><li>Resume: Paste your resume directly into the body of the email.
