About the role:<ul><li>
As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both our customers and internal leaders. You will embody the company's values, facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders, and contribute to the successful fulfillment of every commitment;</li><li>
In this role, you must have an exceptional ability to understand client needs and use your expertise to develop tailored account plans that drive growth and foster long-term loyalty;</li></ul>
About the responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage client relationships and maintain strong engagement;</li><li>
Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure financial efficiency;</li><li>
Lead and support a cross-functional team;</li><li>
Ensure timely and successful project delivery;</li><li>
Maintain accountability for all aspects of client accounts;</li><li>
Oversee and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs;</li><li>
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings;</li><li>
Identify commercial opportunities and drive account growth;</li><li>
Foster alignment between airline culture and internal team operations;</li><li>
Develop and implement in-Flight Entertainment (IFE) strategies;</li><li>
Conduct quality control checks at airports when possible;</li><li>
Provide insights and recommendations on promotional content and featured categories;</li><li>
Oversee airline budget creation and financial tracking;</li><li>
Ensure smooth invoicing processes.</li></ul>
About you:<ul><li>
Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory, French is a plus;</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field;</li><li>
Background in the entertainment and/or aviation industry is a plus;</li><li>
Customer service experience is a plus;</li><li>
Project management experience required;</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills;</li><li>
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;</li><li>
Ethical, highly motivated, and adaptable;</li><li>
Analytical and data-driven approach;</li><li>
Leadership and strategic thinking abilities;</li><li>

About the role:
As our Content Programming and Strategy Specialist, you will create conceptual content curation strategies that consider targeted audiences, consumer habits, and global/ regional content trends. You will design concepts aligned with airline markets and our global brand strategy, as well as sort and select content (films, TV shows, music, etc.) for various in-flight entertainment systems.
The Content Programming and Strategy Specialist must also support the other Touch teams to secure contractual obligations (SLA&rsquo;s and KPI&rsquo;s) are being met and keep Touch headquarters always updated about the customer perception on the quality of the service delivered.
About the responsibilities:<ul><li>
Create conceptual content curation strategies contemplating targeted audiences, consumer habits and overall global/regional content trends;</li><li>
Design content concepts aligned with the Airline markets and global business strategy;</li><li>
Understand airlines passenger profiles to properly tailor an assertive content strategy;</li><li>
Sort and select content (Film&amp;TV, regional and special content) for different systems;</li><li>
Manage and utilize data insights to create coherent content curation;</li><li>
Generate content license negotiations with distributors and content creators;</li><li>
Develop special projects and propose innovation through strategic partnerships with relevant content creators and brands;</li><li>
Seek innovative opportunities that brings value and differentiation for the Airline&rsquo;s Inflight Entertainment platforms;</li><li>
Involvement on product development features, focused on content management for the company and customers;</li><li>
Produce assertive content strategies based on personalized passenger profiles.</li></ul>
About you:
<ul><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>
High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus);</li><li>
Experience in the airline or entertainment industry is a plus;</li><li>
Customer service experience is a plus;</li><li>
Comfortable delivering internal and external presentations;</li><li>
Ability to manage people and lead projects;</li><li>
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills;</li><li>
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities;</li><li>
Clear and effective communicator;</li><li>
Leadership mindset;</li><li>
Strong time management skills;</li><li>
