Our mission is to deliver compassionate, patient-centered primary care to a diverse community. As we expand, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician who is passionate about private practice and interested in building long-term patient relationships within a supportive and growth-focused environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services</li><li>Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care follow-ups</li><li>Perform routine physical exams and manage long-term treatment plans</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests</li><li>Document patient visits accurately in EMR</li><li>Collaborate with staff and specialists to ensure continuity of care</li><li>Contribute to practice growth, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li><li>Active NY State medical license (or ability to obtain one)</li><li>DEA certification</li><li>Experience in an outpatient setting preferred</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork</li><li>Genuine passion for private practice and continuity of care</li><li>Physicians with an existing patient panel are a plus</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-Time Option: Work from a dedicated, private office space</li><li>Part-Time / Hourly Option: Flexible schedule based on your availability</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Opportunity for productivity-based incentives</li><li>Administrative and clinical support provided</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to grow with a new private practice in a high-demand area</li><li>Modern, well-equipped exam rooms and collaborative clinical environment</li><li>Ability to build or expand your own patient base</li><li>Supportive team that values autonomy and physician-driven care</li><li>Flexibility to shape your schedule and workstyle</li></ul>Pay: From $100.00 per hourExpected hours: 10.0 &ndash; 40.0 per weekWork Location: In person
