Position: SEO Associate Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratRole OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated SEO Associates to join our growing marketing team. Each SEO Associate will own a specific industry/service vertical and will be responsible for driving organic growth, keyword rankings, and lead generation.This is a results-driven role &mdash; the focus is not just on &ldquo;optimizations&rdquo; but on business impact: rankings, traffic, and conversions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research</li><li>Build and execute pillar + cluster content strategies (service-specific, software-specific, and industry know-how content).</li><li>Work closely with the content team to decide content type, volume, and optimization requirements.</li><li>Perform complete on-page SEO: meta tags, headers, schema markup, internal linking, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals.</li><li>Support programmatic SEO initiatives (location-based or scalable template-driven content).</li><li>Implement Generative AI SEO optimization practices to improve visibility in AI-first platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).</li><li>Manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles, directory listings, review acquisition, and local trust signals for assigned vertical.</li><li>Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console.</li></ul>KPIs &amp; Success Metrics<ul><li>Ranking improvements for priority keywords</li><li>Organic traffic growth</li><li>Conversion uplift</li><li>Local SEO performance (GMB rankings, reviews acquired, directory visibility)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO.</li><li>Familiarity with programmatic SEO and scalable content strategies.</li><li>Exposure to or strong interest in Generative AI SEO (answer engine optimization, AI-first visibility).</li><li>Experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.</li><li>Ability to manage workflows with writers, designers, and technical teams.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills &mdash; ability to translate SEO metrics into business outcomes.</li><li>Self-driven, accountable, and committed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
