Title - Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) TechnicianJob Responsibilities:1. Assembly and Maintenance:- Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.2. Troubleshooting:- - Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.3. Blueprint Reading: - - Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit drawings, diagrams, and schematics. Need to have basic knowledge of PLC4. Supervision: - - Supervising allied works for BMU like anchor fixing, track installation and other hardware fixing.5. Procurement: - Ordering electrical supplies and equipment as needed.Experience Required: 1 to 3 yearsEducation: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred), ITI or relevant good experience.Location:- - Primary location will be Mumbai.
