This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in DevOps practices who is eager to provide first-line support, ensure system reliability, and work hands-on with AWS environments.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide 24x7 support for production and staging environments.</li><li>Perform DevOps activities such as system monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.</li><li>Troubleshoot common issues related to applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.</li><li>Monitor and manage AWS accounts, with a focus on cost tracking, cost optimization, and resource usage.</li><li>Ensure SLAs are met by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).</li><li>0-1 year of experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of DevOps tools.</li><li>Familiarity with cost optimization strategies within AWS.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work on rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, holidays).</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Good coding skills (example: Python)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
